Loved the drinks at the bar, but the taxi fare felt unfair.

The beach was gorgeous and we loved the pools. We explored Stalis and Hersonissos, a treat for all ages. The animation team did a great job keeping things lively. Definitely check out the golf club if you're into it!
Unfortunately, there were times when it was hard to communicate with the staff as they primarily spoke German, and it felt slightly isolating.

An excellent spot for a beach holiday, with friendly restaurant staff making dining enjoyable. The buffets were diverse, but the room could use better soundproofing and some larger beds would improve comfort. A lovely experience in a beautiful setting.

The hotel's facilities were fantastic, including two great pools with a pool bar that served delicious food and drinks. The staff were very friendly, always polite and could speak many languages, making communication easy and effortless. We also had a great time enjoying the various programmes to entertain both kids and adults available at the hotel, including a theatre and evening lounge bar. we couldn't get enough of the hotel's clean and tidy environment, and the location was a huge plus - right next to the beach and within walking distance to the city center.
Nothing not to love about this hotel or this city!
